Property Details

Visiting our amazing boutique accommodation nestled in the foothills of the impressive Mount Egmont, with the ocean below and mountain above, you will feel suspended between two forces of nature.

Time away in a quiet secluded place where you can relax, 8 minutes’ drive to Inglewood and 20 minutes to New Plymouth. We welcome farm walks for our guests, where you will find animals, a small block of bush and the Waiwhakaiho river.

We are 3 minutes’ drive to the North Egmont Park gates, where you will find Egmont National Park Visitor Centre.

We are a new development, starting with a blank canvas.

Check in midday, no later than 7pm unless otherwise organised.

Departure 10am.

Reception hours Summer (September to March) 8am to 8pm, Winter (April to August) 8am to 7pm.

We do not allow dogs, unless organised prior.

Powered sites – Nightly (1 night Min)

We have 8 concrete sites, ready for your Motor home.

Concrete area is 3.5mtrs wide x 10.5mtrs long. Full size of bay is 6.5mtrs x 10.5mtrs

Enough room for your awning, dining area etc.

To connect to power, you will need a camping connection and a current electrical WOF.

Property Policies

PAYMENT TERMS 

All reservations made through this web site must be accompanied by valid 
credit card details and the card will promptly be charged the full value of 
the booking (usually within 24hrs). 

The prices indicated are per Motorhome and 
the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified

All rates are quoted in NZ dollars on a per night basis and include 15% 
GST. All accounts must be settled directly with North Egmont Retreat in New Zealand dollars. 

You must be 18yrs or over to make a reservation. Proof of ID may be 
required on arrival.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

All cancellations must be received no later than 14 days prior to your 
arrival. All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing. All 
such cancellations will incur a $20 administration fee, plus any amount 
charged to the park though your booking agent. 

For cancellations later than 14 days, but not less than 48hrs from your 
arrival date, the total price of your total reservation will be charged 
(unless the accommodation can be resold). 

If you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival or less you will be charged 
100% of the total accommodation amount. This includes no shows and 
cancellation of nights after arrival. 

Refunds will only be made to the credit card debited for the original 
transaction.
